Living Room & Common Areas
Remove cobwebs from ceiling corners
Dust and wipe ceiling fan blades (both sides)
Clean window glass inside & reachable outside
Wipe window sills, frames, and grills
Clean and polish door handles
Dust and wipe all furniture (tables, shelves)
Clean behind and under furniture
Clean TV unit and all decorative items
Vacuum/steam-clean sofa (if included)
Mop the floor twice (wet & dry)
Steam mop the floor
Bedrooms
Remove cobwebs from ceiling corners
Clean glass, frames, sills, and grills
Wipe down door surfaces and handles
Dust and wipe wardrobes (only outside in occupied houses)
Clean loft (if customer allows in occupied houses)
Clean bedside tables, lamps, and mirrors
Move bed slightly and clean underneath
Sweep/Vacuum and mop floors thoroughly
Steam mop the floor
Clean and vacuum carpets if present
Bathrooms
Remove cobwebs from ceiling corners
Deep clean washbasin, faucets, and drains
Scrub and disinfect toilet bowl and seat
Polish mirrors, taps, and metal fittings
Remove stains from shower glass (if any)
Scrub floor tiles and remove hard stains
Clean and unclog floor drain
Kitchen
Remove cobwebs from ceiling corners
Clean outside of cabinets and handles
Clean inside cabinets (even in occupied houses)
Clean loft (even in occupied houses)
Wipe refrigerator exterior & clean inside (if included)
Clean microwave, chimney, and oven (outside)
Scrub and sanitize countertops
Clean and disinfect sink and drain
Mop floors and remove grease stains
Steam mop the floor
Balcony & Utility Area
Remove cobwebs from ceiling corners
Dust and clean balcony railings
Clean sliding doors/windows (glass & frames)
Sweep and mop floor thoroughly
Steam mop the floor
Final Inspection & Handover
Ensure no dust remains on any surface
Verify corners and behind furniture are cleaned
Confirm bathroom fittings are stain-free
Ensure kitchen counters and appliances shine
Get client approval before leaving
